The cosmic giggle has entered the chat

summer and birthdays hit at once for us

the smell of the atlantic ocean and wild roses, wind and sun burned cheeks

the challenges we have been facing mingled with warm summer air

happy birthday to us all! delighted to still be moving around on this earth 

being brought back to the cosmic giggle again and again, being reminded it's okay to lean into joy despite the suffering

thinking of the land burning, the climate changing, the genocide happening in Gaza, the lack of water

don't forget these things and help where you can
